She ends up meeting two mysterious guys, Chika and Shito. Both of them have black rings around their necks, she ends up befriending them.
Chika and Shito are a part of a company called "Z loan", a company that hunts illegal zombies.
Basically, Chika and Shito made a contract with their Z Loan boss "Bekko", in order to live, they have a loan and they help hunt zombies in order to pay that loan so they can live.
They enlist Michiru into their team, with her useful ability, the trio go out hunting zombies with a better success than before!
A few characters...
Shito is on the left, Michiru is the lavender hair in the back next to Shito.
Chika is the white haired guy in the middle, Yuuta is in the back with the purple hair
and Shiba is the blonde guy on the right.
My thoughts:
Zombie Loan was a very nice anime, it has a good blend of action, and comedy, and it has some yuri-ish scenes that I didn't care for (Since I'm not into that), but it does also have homo-erotic Yaoi subtext between some of the guy characters, which I did like. lol
The last two episodes were a whole lot of fun! I'm thinking of picking up on the manga where the anime left off, these particular episodes involve a new zombie team known as "A Loan" (Super creative, I know). Whichever team can make 100,000,000 in a month by killing the most zombies wins, and the losing team will be terminated, and evidently will all perish since there can only be one team.
For anyone who's into girls and or yuri, there are some girl on girl-ish scenes with Michiru and another girl Koyomi's alternate ego "Yomi".
Anyone into guys or yaoi, get homo erotic subtext, no scenes unfortunately, but there is subtext between a couple of different guy characters such as Shito, Chika, Shiba and Sotetsu.
Here were some of my favorite scenes...
A drunk Shito hits on Michiru.
I think Shito just revealed that he's bisexual! The red haired guy is Sotetsu, he appears in the middle of the anime to replace Shito for a while. Either Sotetsu is bi too, or just likes some "Good ol fun".
Bekko (Blonde guy) gets groped by the flamboyant Hakka.
While the first part of the show was highly yuri-ish, the ending went to the yaoi side, and had many blatant flirting or sexual type themes between the guys.
I was actually annoyed at all of the yuri scenes until they had the shounen ai type scenes, due to the anime world being obsessed with objectifying women, and never men.
